most cases sooner where possible. Most items are now dispatched

Cancellation

mail of your desire to cancel within 7 working days, from
the day after your goods arrive.
You should return the goods to us in an unused
and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the
goods are adequately insured during any return journey. Should
return postage not be paid or collection of goods is required
this amount would be deducted from return value.
We shall refund the total amount of money
paid by you for the goods, within a period not exceeding 30
days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation
was given. In writing or electronic mail from you.
This does not apply to Special orders.

Payment
All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo and Visa Debit.
We also accept UK Postal Orders and UK Cheques (crossed and
made payable to 'MK Online'). All cheques must be cleared
before product is dispatched.
